Extremely bad attitude, lots of small flying insects, fries were cold.No self-serve drink machines, and if they hadn't opened in this great location, they would have closed with this attitude!Train your employees on how to talk.Never seen a McDonald's like this. And they don't care what the reviews are like, it's been years since so many bad reviews and it's still the same.No progress.Because even if the reviews are bad someone will still eat it because McDonald's.

I couldn’t believe that mcdonald’s in Lebanon is much better than Montreal. Meat taste, their special sauce are completely different and worth than Lebanon. I was super disappointed. The place is super crowded and no regular cleanup inspection

The food and service is good but unfortunately I can't step foot in there. First of all there is almost always a guy smoking right beside the door. Very unhealthy atmosphere. Nobody is enforcing the smoking law. Even times when I have eaten inside, I am very uncomfortable. People coming up to me asking for change while I am eating. I do not carry change. And very scetchy people in general with exception to the university crowd. Maybe it is because of the proximity to the metro. I think I will start going to Starbucks because they have a policy that non paying customers do not stay which frees up more space for the paying customers. Mcdonalds used to be a child friendly place but this one is not safe.
Love the staff here. Dined in last night at around 10 PM. I ordered through the screen and it only took a few minutes for them to call out my name. Food was pretty good compared to other branches.
The place seemed okayish cleanliness-wise, probably due to the kind of customers that come here at night and lack of staff.

Regular Mcdonald. Nice staff for sure. I must say that recently there are more and more homeless people inside the restaurant to a point that I don't think I will go there again.

Food is standard McDonald's fare. Service is terrible, expect to wait 20 minutes. Rarely is someone staffing the cash register, you are almost always required to use automatic machines to make an order. Often the automatic machines are out of order. Tables are often dirty, and trash cans are sometimes over-filled. Homeless are present but not always obtrusive. If you see a group of people waiting for their orders, expect to wait a long time and it is often better to leave and go to the Subway or A&W across the street at those times.
