This is a 2 floor McDonald's fast food location that is relatively clean and well renovated ! Food is okay, service is good 👍 and the place isn't really dirty in general every time I visit at that location (except for the bathroom as others mentioned)

Arrived and second floor was closed, and all available seats/tables were dirty!!!(leftover crumbs, beverages stains) Staff was listening to music( I wouldn’t normally have a problem with it, if only they did what they normally were supposed to do) did not deliver my pick-up order to my table despite having selected that option in the app. service 1/5

Despite the restaurant being very busy, they managed to get me my order in under 5 minutes and it was correct. However, the dining area was overcrowded and it was difficult to move around. There was also a very long line for the only toilet in the restaurant. Seems like a McDonald's should have more than one stall.

Too many homeless people around, the restaurant was empty and all the garbages were full on the toilet was absolutely disgusting
I had a pickup and delivery from this McDonald’s location. When I entered the restaurant, there was a long line, so I waited for about 5 to 7 minutes. I noticed that my order was already prepared and placed on the counter. As I was getting late for my next delivery, I politely asked the staff to hand me the food. Unfortunately, no one responded. It seemed like they were either too busy or didn’t hear me due to the rush.
A customer nearby told me that I could pick up the food from inside. So I approached the counter to collect the order. At that moment, an older Indian man—possibly a staff member—spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He stopped me and asked why I had entered. Then, without asking, he took the delivery bag from my hand and walked further inside with it.
Another young male customer who witnessed the situation began to argue with the man on my behalf. Instead of calmly handling the issue, the older man started yelling and aggressively told us to leave the restaurant. His tone and behaviour were extremely rude and disrespectful.
Despite the situation, I tried to apologize and remain calm, but his behaviour did not improve. I am grateful to the customer who supported me during this incident and to another employee who eventually stepped in and helped resolve the issue.
I understand that restaurants can get very busy, but I believe that delivery drivers should be treated with respect, especially when we are simply trying to do our jobs on time.
