There was an issue with my order, and the manager refused to rectify the problem. Manager wore no name tag and identified as Cicilia. Completely unprofessional behavior and kept escalating the situation despite not needing to. Kept involving other employees. If yelling and berating is considered manager material at McDonald's, don't expect me to come back
