Im sorry but everytime i come here the staff is ridiculously disrespectful. I bought one Junior without sauce and yet they put sauce. When i returned to explain to them the situation, the worker on the meat station laughed in my face with another employee saying “look at her face” (First off she had no uniform or hair net) Completely unprofessional.
Also 2 months ago i passed by here and can u believe there was no meat in my McDouble 😡. Avoid this McDonald’s if you can.
At least the food is fresh.

I went to this McDonald’s around 4:00 a.m. Since the restaurant is listed as open 24 hours and the doors were open, I expected to be able to order. However, when I approached the door, the employee working at the time refused to take my order and told me they were closed, even though the location was clearly open. This was very unprofessional and frustrating. If the store is open, customers should not be turned away like that. I hope management looks into this, because it reflects poorly on the service.

Safe to say by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve EVER gone to. I got off a 12 hour shit and all I wanted was my food, the night staff is an absolute joke!! I ordered my food 27 minutes ago, still in the parking lot waiting. I paid for my meal and they sent me to go park and wait for my food. 30 whole minutes later and absolutely nothing. And that’s not just me, every single other person who was parked waiting for food waited an obnoxious amount of time, one guy even decide to just leave and not get his food.
I eventually went up to the window and confronted them, of course I was met with an insane amount of attitude and a hard time, they almost didn’t even give me my food because THEY forgot my order. Hire better staff.

The worst experience ever! Terrible service..cashier was a walking zombie..with a face de boyfriend, did not understand or pretends not to understand apple pie!!! Was going to take over 10 minutes..was going to miss my bus..asked for a refund ..employee took over 3 minutes and counting to get a refund.. if I could give a minus 0, I would! Flies everywhere

I cannot believe you hire people who do jot say good morning, they don't give you the total after ordering, they do jot look you in the eye or say thank you. They hand you the food and close the window. I pass by every morning to get a coffee and sometimes a muffin. In the las week alone I got stale muffins, and burnt coffee. If she doesn't like her job she needs to leave. THAT IS NOT FUSTOMER SERVICE. COMMON COURTESY IS THE BADIC RULE WHEN WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC !
