They take out your order from the monitor saying it's done but you still have to wait and save your order number. Probably to lie on how fast the service is, but the food was okay.

The coffee people ALWAYS a problem with the coffee. They dont stir it they forget cream or sugar. It's not brewed properly. Let the coffee brew all the way before serving mix the coffee.

Very rude cashier. She straight up refused to take my order because she was waiting on some woman who had literally left the restaurant. I was about to start a fight, that’s how disrespectful she was.

Thankfully, another girl with bangs stepped in, brought me to the machine, and helped me order. She saved the situation. But seriously, that cashier should not be dealing with customers.it was sunday around 8

The food good but took 20 minutes the place was disgusting trash all over the floor bins over flowing bathroom smelled horid and no toilet paper.

First time leaving a review here but had to say something.
I used to struggle a lot at this McDonald’s people would literally try to steal my order 😭😭 So now I always double-check and go up when my number’s called.

Today (around midnight), I forgot my number and some guy tried to grab my food… but shoutout to the girl with bangs working there 🙏 She made sure it was actually his before handing it over. Turned out it was mine. Saved me.

So yeah, don’t be shy, ask for help if you need, and ALWAYS remember your order 😅 The staff was super chill and helpful. Appreciate y’all for keeping our food safe !!!!

At first, I had a really hard time figuring out the machines . I tried a couple of times, but nothing was working. I walked to the front counter hoping someone could help me, but they all looked so overwhelmed it was super busy and no one even looked at me. I honestly felt invisible. Then, out of nowhere, a young girl in a purple shirt came up to me. She wasn’t even behind the counter, I think she was just walking by, but she stopped and asked if I needed help.

She was so kind. Patient, calm, and totally different from the others. She didn’t make me feel like a burden. She stood with me the whole time, helped me get into my app (which I never use properly), and helped me place the entire order without rushing me. She even apologized for the wait even though it wasn’t her fault. That little moment changed everything she made me feel seen, welcomed, and actually cared for. Thank you to the girl in the purple shirt. You made a rough day better. If you’re ever feeling lost in this McDonald’s and you find that girl in the purple shirt, just know your day is about to get better!it was the best Saturday ever!

I just kinda really dislike this location. If you're not familiar with McDonald's products, you have to look around on a touch screen for a while, which doesn't have a search feature in fact. And the vibe is a bit off in there to my taste, sorry.

Best overall experience I ever had at a MacDonalds. A fight brawl broke out across and behind the counter and then a second one at the door with the security. The girl behind the counter gave me extra food because the girl that tried to go across the counter took the food I originally ordered. I gave one extra Big Mac to a fella who was glad to receive it and I helped a girl get her cat back!

Worst service ever it’s been more than an hour that i ordered and I’ve been saying sorry excuse me to talk to them so that they could give me my order but they act like they didn’t hear anything… or they just go all in and they never come out… and when u order ice cream they don’t give it to u at time until it’s all melted…. Worst service ever if i could give a minus star i would
