I saw the reviews and had trouble understanding. Well I can now say that I understand the reason very well. Let's ignore your customers as if they see you through not 1 but 2 employees. My son also went his response never seen a Macdonald so poorly organized.

Ordered on Doordash... safe to say the employees clearly can't read. Ordered a combo & a burger and drink and only recieved 2 drinks and a burger. Doordash won't refund my order completely and now I've paid for nothing. The burger I received had no cheese and the patties were hard and cold. It was thrown in the trash. Only thing consumable were the drinks. Disappointed and unsatisfactory to the say the least. Paid 40$ for 2 drinks. Thanks McDonald's.
As someone who currently works in fast food I'm sorry but the job is not that hard. Read the orders and prepare them properly. Train your employees better.

Drive-thru order: I waited 10 minutes before my order was taken and another 15 minutes before I was charged. After 25 minutes, I received a cold buffalo poutine with grilled chicken instead of crispy. Instead of having my sauce on the side, I got extra buffalo sauce.

The service is incredibly slow and poor both at the drive-thru and at the counter. When we want to speak with a manager we are ignored. The management of this branch does not work at all. McDonald's is supposed to be a fast food restaurant but we spend more than 30 minutes waiting there.

It's been twice on Saturday morning that I've waited 30 minutes for a mcmuffin trio, unacceptable! ! I had to leave before even getting my order, too bad I had to go to work on an empty stomach! The management of this branch is terrible!!!
