The speed of customer service is terrible, I waited about forty minutes to get a simple poutine, because they didn't have grilled chicken in stock and they didn't tell me this when I ordered. The automated ordering machine is also broken and the customer has to wait a long time to order.

i’ve been coming to this location every day for the last three weeks. Very slow service! Drive thru order recipients are half asleep and sound like they don’t want to be there. Kind of rude! I will be going elsewhere from now on!

McDonalds has gone down hill across the board. 100% of the time the orders are missing items. Ordered two trios yesterday. The drinks came 2/3 full. When we asked to have them filled the employee was visibly annoyed. Like sorry we want what we PAID FOR. Watching them work is like watching grass grow. Hustle is not in their vocabulary or work ethic. Not even hustle juat average human speed. If I provided the service these people did i would hide under a rock out of embarrassment.
