Very poor service. Not only they gave the decaf portion my mobile breakfast order to a homeless without my consent (I had to wait for a replacement) - they've never admitted their mistake - not checking anything. That homeless even came to ask for a refill carrying the cup with my name on it!

Awful service from rude staff. Constantly messing up my orders, giving me burgers with less patties than they're supposed to. They give you dirty looks and stare at you when you try to correct them. Today one of them told me I was wrong and pretend they made the burger right because they were too lazy to fix it. I had to open it up and peel back to buns to show THAT THEY WERE LYING TO MY FACE. On top of this, they refuse to serve tap water and force you to buy a bottle. This is illegal in Canada. I brought this up to them and they just walked away. Disgusted with the level of disrespect that happens so so much here. Never seen it from another restaurant in my life

Extremely poor service in every way you could imagine. The amount of times I've ordered something like an extra patty on a burger and not got it is insane. They also don't give you water for some reaosn... maybe this has changed but I was under the impression that restaurant is obligated to give you free tap water if they have it. They also don't wear gloves, choosing to use their bare hands to build the burgers instead. Very disappointing

Waited politely for about 5min at the desk trying to order, no other customers were in line. No employee standing at the cash, all were in the back but I figured they were busy so I just waited and looked around for a self order kiosk. Finally I spoke up and asked several times if the desk is taking orders or if there is a mobile kiosk I couldn’t find to place an order and the employee standing right in front of me with his back turned completely ignored me. 4 times I asked. Louder each time in case he couldn’t hear me. They were walking around so not like they didn’t see me
Gave up and just left

If it's 3am and you think, this is the end of the line, the last option before I crash. Do not despair, there is a burger king and A&W just a few steps away.
This MacDonalds is not only the absolute worse MacDonalds in Montreal, but it may be one of the worst in Canada. They will convince you that what you want to eat isn't really what you want, and whatever they have pre-made is. They cannot handle traffic and if the line has more than 3 people, expect a 30+ minute wait and at least 1 thing wrong with your order. When you try to point out any issues with your order, they will gaslight you into thinking it was your fault.
Keep walking, go to any of the other much better, much quicker options.

Don’t order here. Did UberEats, everything came cold and soggy except the nuggets..those were cold and hard. Food all had practically no flavour to it, drink was flat and room temperature. Not to mention the missing order items… overall total disappointment. First and last time ordering from this location lmao
