Service for making a reservation really complicated and when you send an email, it's always full even when you send an email 2 weeks in advance with no possibility of having another date and a response that's just rude. I tried to call the number displayed, but no one answers. Very disappointed because I was told that there were good comments about the restaurant

We purchased a Tuango coupon for the Melrose restaurant including a drink and appetizer and the main course. The appetizer that we ordered was not available due to a mess up in the kitchen by a new cook so we had the barbeque chicken bites which were tasty and plentiful. we ordered a pizza for the main course and the pizza was pretty dry with a very thick crust and insufficient toppings I would rate it as just OK. For the drink, we ordered wine that was pretty good Our Waitress was super friendly and helpful There is basically no ambiance at the restaurant it is just tables and chairs with video screens on the walls that played great retro music. I would not want to get paid the regular prices, and if I didn’t have the coupon, I would say the restaurant does not represent good value for the money this is more of a place to grab a quick bite for lunch rather than a restaurant to go and have dinner.

I came back to this restaurant after 4 years food is still amazing I love this place , service was little slow , the waitress could be a bit faster or they need atleast 2 . We went on New Year’s Eve , comedy night was good too , I feel could have managed the event better but we had so much
Melrose is like a hidden gem. First time we stumbled upon this place was a late night craving for pizza, and initially we thought it was more like a bar, but holy moly the pizza was amazing!! We came back again and ordered more food this time, everything was so delicious that we didn't even get a chance to take some photos lol. We then realized that the cuisine is authentic Sicilian. No wonder everything is so flavourful and fresh! Excellent food and warm people, we love this place!

Unfortunately, those who purchased tickets for the show were offensive, and we felt compelled to leave. Communication became difficult, and it’s advisable for the venue to coordinate events more effectively.Food wasn’t really worth it for the price!
