Meltdown has a great theme and welcomes charming staff. Their drinks are not that expensive even though the entry fee is free! For an additional 2 dollars only, there's a nintendo switch, PlayStation 5 and an Xbox Series X available to play. I've had a great time and met fun people everytime I went there. Thanks for the good time Meltdown, I'll see you later for sure!

Best gaming bar in montreal nice staff people are super nice and friendly.They do birthday party with theme love this place would recommend to any type of peeps and they have karaoke nights !!!!!!
Edit: I’ve been going regularly again after writing this review. I still recommend it 100%! My favourite place in Montreal! I haven’t been since the recent renovations but I’m excited to see them.
Lovely place for dates when there isn’t too many guests. The drinks here are really good and at a fair price, I especially enjoy getting their shots. The gaming experience honestly depends on the day, hit or miss depending on whether the PCs are taken. The staff is great, the bathroom is really clean and smells wonderful. You can bring your own food, which is a 10/10 in my book. There isn’t much actual food options so I’m thankful for that.
My only complaint is that lately, my partner and I have been going to the bar at their opening time, but despite waiting for 20 minutes, no one came to open the bar. We found it really strange since it was not on a holiday nor did the website or Google maps page indicate that it was closed or that the hours have changed. We had a couple of these days, so we stopped going ever since. It’s quite far from where we live, and used to be our favourite date spot, so it was a bit disappointing. I do plan to give the place another shot soon, so I’m hoping they open at the right times now.

Great place to casually hangout with friends in Montreal! So much fun with their variety of gaming consoles and game options! The BBQ wings are so good - make sure you have those! Also, their drinks are made well… their Monday specials make the $$ worthwhile.

My first time here with my friend, horrible experience. i had rum and coke with my friend and after that we left the place. somebody chased us on the road and he said that he think that we might stole a glass from a bar. never ever going back to this place.

I arrived in the middle of a quiz, tried to join my friends, but the host was rude and didn't want me to talk to them because there was a player limit. I didnt care about the quiz, just wanted to catch up, but the host kept targeting me. Made me unconfortable. Also, computers were very slow and half the headsets were busted
