This was a last minute reservation fir New Year's eve, we had arrived to Montreal a few hours earlier and we did not have a surviving plan. Through Open Tables a few restaurant options were given, we thought we would try something different. The restaurant is small but charming, the appetizers were okay, the couscous was good, my chicken was a bit on the dry side, the Arabic dancer was a nice surprise. Not great, not bad, glad we had the experience but would probably won't go back.

Absolutely loved the lamb tagine. The lamb was melt-in-your-mouth tender and beautifully spiced without being overwhelming. The sauce was rich and aromatic. Menthe et Couscous truly knows how to prepare lamb.

One of the best lamb tagines I’ve tried in Montreal. The meat was so soft it fell apart, and the flavors were rich and comforting. Great service and a warm atmosphere made it even better.

The lamb here is exceptional. Slow-cooked, tender, and full of depth. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The portions are generous and the presentation is beautiful.

If you enjoy lamb, this place is a must. The lamb couscous was generous, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with vegetables and spices. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Highly recommended.

The lamb dishes here are outstanding. The meat was incredibly tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The lamb couscous was full of rich, authentic flavors. Easily one of the best lamb meals I’ve had.

The food was nice. I had never been, but looked at the reviews and thought it would be nice. I invited from friends from out of town. It was a warm day and it was even warmer and humid inside the restaurant. I know not everyone can have an A/C. But you can still get a fan or two. Staff was there to answer question, but not a single smile for the whole night. Had to wait before anyone came to see our table. Food was very good, no doubt.
