A high quality Mediterranean restaurant. Impeccable service, attentive, young and dynamic. The food is excellent and full of flavor. A place not to be missed. Don’t forget to book in advance, the restaurant is always full.

Whilst staying in Montreal, we asked for recommendations from the hotel we were staying at for "memorable dining experiences". Menthe et Couscous was the first place that was mentioned (My wife loves middle eastern food, so it was a no-brainer!). Wow, what an amazing experience and what a way to finish our holiday! They have a very extensive menu which could seem a little overwhelming to the uninitiated, however they have a tasting menu which allows you to sample a little bit of everything. We were definitely in the uninitiated category, so that is what we went for. To make it even more enjoyable, we opted to go with the belly dance show. From the moment the first dish arrrived, we knew we were in for an amazing experience. An excellent memorable experience at Menthe et Couscous. À must try in Montreal

You know how every vacation has that one stand-out meal? This definitely it! It’s the highlight that we left Montreal raving about; its more than a meal, it’s an experience. The restaurant, in and of itself, is aesthetically stunning. The food, without exaggeration, is cooked to perfection and presented so beautifully. The portions are large. However, the food is fresh and healthful and if you let your waiter guide you on how much to get, you won’t leave feeling stuffed. Excellent choice in montreal.

Menthe et Couscous is not an easy booking. My wife and I were determined to try this restaurant and booked online a month ahead of time from Victoria, BC. It was worth it. The menu was expensive but overall worth the price. The variety of tastes almost overloaded our senses but in a good way. Our waiter was personable and attentive just at the right times during the meal. The rest of the staff seemed to ""swarm"" our table, filling water glasses, bringing different dishes without delay and removing and replacing dishes and cutlery. 10 out of 10 for service!

We were looking for a restaurant that would allow us to enjoy the ethnic diversity of Montreal. Menthe et Couscous hit the spot! What a fantastic experience of middle eastern smells and tastes. From the “starters” to the mains, there was not one bite that was not delicious. The only difficulty was that the starters were so good, we were already stuffed when the mains (lamb shank tajine) we were already stuffed. The service was amazing and informative. This is a restaurant that may seem pricy, but we recommend it without reservation.

Great atmosphere and food. Seafood tajine was perfectly prepared. We had high expectations based on the reviews and Menthe et Couscous exceeded them. It was worth the effort to get there.

This food was excellent and they went out of their way to accommodate food restrictions for us! Is in the heart of the quartier latin downtown. It’s a very nice restaurant perfect for date night or with friends.

A very nice welcome & advice on gluten-free dishes. Lamb tajine is tasty! I loved how it was spiced, not a flat taste.

fusion restaurant where the food is the real star rather than the place that, even if beautifully decorated , can be very crowded and noisy with the tables almost glued to each other. But, you forget it immediately when you start eating the delicious lamb that literally melt in your mouth with a mixtures of perfectly well balanced flavors and spice. Unforgettable! The service is fast and attentive and overall it was a delicious dinner.

This restaurant had excellent dishes and service. The portion sizes are large so we were surprised to have so much but happy to take the leftovers for later. I have never eaten such delicious and elevated Middle Eastern cuisine!

Incredible experience. We had the dinner show menu. The variety of dishes and the flavours were outstanding. The fact of bringing your own wine was an excellent option. And the service was wonderful. We probably had 3-4 people looking after us, all of whom were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Really a great night!

High-End Mediterranean restaurant and one of our favourite restaurants in Montreal. This is where you go for a fancy celebration dinner. Make sure to make a reservation in advance because this place books up quick. Service is excellent.
