This place used to be better. I was not happy with my poutine.
I ordered a beef poutine and the beef was burned, the potatoes were cubes not fries felt something was off and for 14 $ for that small bowl not worth it I could have gotten a bigger one for 10 $ at Serano Lasalle wil not be going back there
Pizza is good but one slice plus tax is 6$ Very expensive.
It was soggy :/
The slice of pizza I had here was honestly fantastic as pizza slices go. Lots of toppings and cheese, nice sauce, nice dough. 5 bucks for a big slice, can’t complain. Girl working the counter was decent, didn’t seem overly thrilled to be working but hey, she did her job. I would have given 5 stars but the seating area for the pizza is a popular spot to be bothered for spare change by the homeless while you are eating. Plus the rummaging through the garbage that staff does nothing about makes it slightly off putting and hard to enjoy your meal. In my 5 minutes of sitting there I was asked for change twice and two different guys rifled thru the garbage right in front of me. Berri UQAM looked like a homeless shelter today, it’s very sad
Best pizza in town. Argue with the wall.
It’s like entering an alternate reality where everyone is welcome and the slices are great.
You get a good meal for 8$, where else can you do that?
Yeah the cashiers are sometimes rude but who cares, get a grip, it’s part of the experience.
10/10.
Cashier is always extremely rude, looks bothered when you ask questions.
The cashier tried to make me pay twice. Also, although she spoke perfect English, she changed the language she spoke on me despite me being the customer and paying her money to serve me according to my preferences. She didn't pay me. I paid her. The least she could do is speak my language. I heard at one point the woman's boss from the inside asking her in a mean tone to actually speak to me in French, which I thought was very weird. We're in Montreal, which has 2 English universities, McGill University (the best university in Canada) and Concordia University. It's a bilingual city. Other shops with high quality service do speak the language of the customer. But, this woman discriminated against me, which is unacceptable. I think her trying to make me pay twice was intentional BS because she was upset I was speaking English, which was weird considering she spoke perfect English. Her switching the language must have been passive aggressive BS behaviour too. This place can be sued for their discrimination. I'm not sure why they can't just provide good service. Just speak the language of the customer who is paying you good money (I ordered 2 pizzas and a drink). The end!

The person throws my slice of pizza in the oven without asking me if I want it hot or not, then his idiot colleague who smiles like a donkey. You need to review your customer service and your behavior.

It's the best pizza you'll find at any metro station anywhere in the world. Honestly. The slices are always fresh and they're always there when you need one.
Went back thrice, basically everytime we were at Berri-Uqam station. Great value for money.
