Always great bread. Crisp crush, soft gooey interior. Monthly rotations of new recipes (although that means your favorite new loaf will disappear). Full hearty loafs, never large airpockets.
I am writing this review because service is soooo slow. I waited 20 minutes for a smoked salmon bagel when all they have to do is assemble together.. the girl waited 15 minutes before even starting making it. Its been like that every single time.. so frustrating :(
As someone who used to work in pastry, I really appreciate how clean everything is, you can tell they take care of every detail, even the couche and baskets. The bread is absolutely amazing, and the strawberry and cream focaccia was a standout, the filling was so well balanced and not overly sweet.
