We were disappointed in our dining experience. Our server was very inattentive. He forgot to bring us steak knives and after reminding him he still did forgot, we had to ask another server in the end, our meals were cold by then. Our bread came after our meals were served. He never refilled our water glasses until he cleared our dinner plates. He never came to ask how our meals were, my meal was not served with the correct side dish. My steak was poor quality too. The best part was the live entertainment but it was so noisy you could barely hear him and we were seated right in front of him. Very disappointing.

I booked 3 weeks in advance for a table away from stage. They put us right beside the guitar player. When we were seated I asked for a different table, waiter said band was quiet ambient music. couldn't talk to my wife at table. Guitar level was annoying and more then necessary to be proportionate to stand up bassist and singer. Singer read my face and told guitarist to turn down after second song. He turned down a little and then went and crap the treble. That was all i could take. walked over to the billing area, paid and left. We weren't finished eating but there was no way I was stating longer and putting up with an inconsiderate guitarist.

It's fine. Definitely rests on its laurels and location. Food is solid but nothing all that special. Service was fine. Host was walking around with an iPad eyeing progress and resetting his seating plan which was off putting.

I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was good. The service was excellent as well; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm, inviting, the live jazz music was amazing. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal and a wonderful evening out!

They were prepping for 500 guests for dinner with rose petals , candles, wine glasses on linen tables. Everything you want in a French bistro!

We went on a Sunday lunchtime for dinner with friends. There were musicians on site to create an atmosphere. Very good choice of lunch or dinner. I had the flank steak as well as the salmon tartare which were both excellent. The service was impeccable. I'm going back for sure.

This place is absolutely perfect! The food was delicious, and our server, Christian, was super attentive. He really gave a boost to our experience! He was also very patient in letting us practise our French. We really appreciated it! We would come back to Montreal just to eat here again!
