We were disappointed in our dining experience. Our server was very inattentive. He forgot to bring us steak knives and after reminding him he still did forgot, we had to ask another server in the end, our meals were cold by then. Our bread came after our meals were served. He never refilled our water glasses until he cleared our dinner plates. He never came to ask how our meals were, my meal was not served with the correct side dish. My steak was poor quality too. The best part...
It's fine. Definitely rests on its laurels and location. Food is solid but nothing all that special. Service was fine. Host was walking around with an iPad eyeing progress and resetting his seating plan which was off putting.
I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was good. The service was excellent as well; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm, inviting, the live jazz music was amazing. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal and a wonderful evening out!
