First thing’s first-the owner and operator, Sammy(?) is absolutely charming. Moisson Beaubien is exactly the kind of local business that the city needs more of-unpretentious, sincere and an atmosphere of warmth generated by the genuinely nice proprietor. Not to mention their fantastic and moderately priced food and coffee. We will definitely be going back.
The pastries and drinks are very good. May need a touch of paint and a little reorganization to give a new freshness to the cafe but that does not detract from the quality of the service and the product found there... In short, I had a nice quiet time here
Excellent neighborhood bakery, simply delicious homemade pizza. The pastries are largely as good as in other bohemian bakeries that charge much more for a similar product. I recommend the Merzouk bakery without hesitation!
