I wanted something quick to go, they forgot my order for 20 minutes, took 40 minute over all

Ordered uber eats. Waited 1.5 hours. 5 different drivers reassigned who all waited at the store. Order never ready. Order eventually cancelled as cannot be fulfilled. 1 star, unable to rate lower.

We accidentally got somebody’s Mont Taco order from Uber Eats. I’m surprised somebody paid 40$ for this. It was free and I didn’t eat it.

I waited 2 hours for my tacos and there was barely any sauce
I tried to contact you and call you several times to address the problem but nothing worked... Maybe by writing here someone will end up turning on the problem?
When trying to assemble a Taco via Uber Eats, many of the ingredients and options are simply missing, and you cannot add notes or request that an ingredient not be included...
Edit: a week later and still nothing. They don't care.
Edit #2: now a month later, still no one has done anything to fix the problem. They don't care
