Service and atmosphere were perfect; we really loved the people who were kind, attentive, and professional. We were very disappointed by the food. I think the kitchen executed the dishes according to what they intended, but it was our least enjoyable meal this trip. Three of the dishes (tartare, foie gras, scallop) felt like they just sprinkled tiny amounts of a feature ingredient into a pile of acidic garnish. The scallop dish likely did not contain even a single entire scallop....

This came highly recommended from work colleagues.
A bit overhyped in my opinion.
We got the tasting menu and added the Bourgot Miso.
Food had interesting flavor combinations and very experimental but not memorable and not something we would return for, except for the Bourgot Miso (but seriously only 2 pieces of bread???)
We had good service initially but there was a lull of about 30-40 minutes between services. Being first time clients here,...
