I was surprised tbh. Montreal pool room is an institution, and I was expecting better hotdogs. Lafleur or Belle pro are much better, fries too. I took my kids there so that they could experience the place but likely would not go back.

Iconic place for those late night snacks. The old faithful steamed hot dog with the works, along with golden fries and a pop. It has been years. If you have the munchies and you're near the St-Laurent street area., check it out. They are open till 4 am

Nearly $40 for two small poutines, a couple of the saddest little hot dogs I've ever seen and a chicken burger ripped straight from from a school cafeteria.

Great fast service. Prices were unbeatable. Food was so dam good. Full load dogs are delish and the poutine is killer good. Place was clean and staff was friendly. Neighborhood was a bit gritty but made for a better wander to the place.

If you're in the area and need some good junk food this is where you go. They've been around since 1912 so they're doing something right.
3rd party delivery is fine too but it's much better very hot as soon as they make it so eat there if you can.
