Ordered via Uber ,I order box of 12 puffs they advertised order 1 get 1 free, I only received one box , i ordered also chai latte with whipped cream the cream was missing.

I went today to pick up puffs and they served me cold and order was placed over the phone.Seems like the owner has changed and staff too that don't care much about customer service. It's the first time happened to me and i m buying puffs there from last 3-5 years. Firstly, the order wasn't done properly and i have asked them to put biscotti on top and then the cold puffs.

I order two hot chocolat with one of them having extra whipped cream + some puffs to eat as a little tasty dessert and it was very good ! Service was wonderful and the restaurant is clean 👌 🍨 ☕️
This Mr.Puffs location is one of the most cleanest one I've been so far and for sure will come back again to this place ! 💖
