I am sharing my great experience here at this location the guy working here his name is Mohammed he is very helpful and patient and smiling, also the drink and sweets are delicious for sure I will come back, good service and good food

Taste and design was great, love it.
Mr. Puff was a delicious surprise in the middle of old town after a long walk during the hot summer weather. We ordered baghlava coupe and baghlava tornado. The difference is that the baghlava mix is inside the tornado, while they put the mix on top of the coupe. Both are delightfully delicious.
They also have indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating is also pleasantly air conditioned.
I highly recommend this little gem.
Cool treat on a hot day. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavors that were offered. We got the baklava flavored cup and the baklava tornado and they were delicious.

From the moment I walked in, the space was spotless, the vibe upbeat, and the menu? Irresistible. I went with a classic cookies and cream drizzle and couldn’t believe how perfectly crisp on the outside and airy on the inside each puff was.
But what truly elevated my experience was Zach. He’s not just a worker; he’s a host, an ambassador, and a wizard of warm hospitality. Zach was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me pick the perfect combo. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made me feel like a regular, even though it was my first visit.
You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in every interaction. The service was quick but never rushed.

Upon mine first visit to the famed house of Mr. Puffs, I was greeted not with mere courtesy, but with warmth most rare, by a gallant named Zachary. Though I was but a stranger to him, he received me as kin, nay, as royalty — treating me as the very crème of the crop.
Zachary, a true master of his craft, didst guide me through the menu with the wisdom of a seasoned sage. “Thou must try the Caramel Lotus,” quoth he, “and the Strawberry Cheesecake drizzle is most divine.” I did as he bade, and verily, my soul rejoiced. Each bite a heavenly hymn, each visit since a pilgrimage of delight.
He is swift of hand, noble in spirit, and rich in taste — a friend to the hungry and a steward of joy. Mr. Puffs is wondrous indeed, but with Zachary behind the counter, it becometh legend.
