Muffin Plus

Staff was incredibly slow and very rude. They took our order one item at a time and had to walk away to make them between. One staff member snapped at us that he was busy while we were trying to get the rest of our order in. The food was okay but given that we waited 20+ minutes for three muffins and four drinks, wouldn’t do it again.

Driest muffin I've ever had.

Every time I go there (3-4 times a week) I have no problems and I find the service fast and courteous.

I had breakfast with this delicious raspberry and oat muffin as well as this homemade yogurt with fresh fruit.

The people were very kind, professional and they confirmed that the products did not contain allergens for my health.

I'm going back to buy my lunch tomorrow morning.

Making the customer pay $0.90 for lactose-free milk by calling it “plant-based milk”….I find that really average.
And every time I explain to the saleswoman that it's not vegetable milk so not to charge me as such... well her explanation is that it's "vegetable milk"... endless story. The day starts off badly...

Good place to eat breakfast. The coffee could be better, it was too watery for my taste. The food was amazing though I had an English muffin with cheese and bacon, and I had a chocolatine too. The food was tasty, fresh, good price for the quality honestly! The service was professional and fast, good experience. A little downside is that there is no indication of where the waiting line is supposed to be so it was a bit messy at rush hour to get the order done, but I imagine this is an issue in rush hour only.

Giving a star for the good food. But service is extremely rude. Simply asked for extras in my morning sandwich and the person making it was not happy telling in a rude manner that it already contains what I wanted.. I felt really bad, but what if I wanted extras that I’m paying anyway. I didn’t say anything not going there again.

Employees lack knowledge about hygiene. They eat, lick their fingers and touch food and equipment without washing their hands. Seen it several times, so I stop going there.

Good latte and pastry

I arrived with a nice hello and a smile. The girl simply said hello to me without smiling. Afterwards, while this lady was making my latte, a guy arrived without saying hello, and asked me what kind of muffin I wanted, because she told him I wanted a muffin. He didn't even bother to greet me, just punched the price, I paid and he didn't even look at me after serving me, nor say thank you, nor hello.The blueberry muffin is not fresh at all.So, if I could give their entire coffee a 0, I would.No hello, no smile, no thank you, and not even a glance when I left.First and last time.So, no tip.

While waiting for the show starts at Place Des Arts, we decided to visit Desjardins Complex. Muffin Plus is right at the entrance of the food court. We ordered Mango smoothie, Peach old fashioned lemonade, and a chocolate croissant. Everything was so perfect, fresh, and tasty. The boy who helped us, explained everything for in English, which meant a lot to us. Thanks!
