We had a great time with friends. I think we'll go back. It’s true that it was a bit complicated for places since we had reserved. But when we arrived we were told that it was full and that we had to wait. But in the end we had access and we were able to enjoy our evening.

For the first time I went to Muze Lounge & Terrace.
Very impressed by the super beautiful, cozy place, superb music, the magnificent welcoming character, on the terrace I was afraid of being cold with my friend but there is heating so it makes you more comfortable.
Beautiful atmosphere, I really loved it and I had a great impression ??
The only thing is the prices...for a cocktail it was $21 plus tax which I found super expensive. The most expensive cocktail I've seen in my life in a lounge was $18... so I ended up having the rosé for $19, which was really good! Unfortunately I didn't taste the cocktail and I love it.
Otherwise amazing food! Also a little too expensive but hey…THE GUYSS FRIES!!!! #1 are amazing!
Entka I recommend 100% ?

Not worth the money. Almost no alcohol in the cocktail. Nothing was tasty. Shrimps were hard. They finished it with an americano instead of the lungo I ordered. The waitress was kind and the terrace is nice though.
très bon service de notre hôtesse ! félicitations à toute l'équipe. J'ajouterais simplement de mieux indiquer le restaurant lorsque nous entrons dans l'hôtel car nous avons du le demander à la réception.
Great atmosphere and great service from Lida. I highly recommend!

Would not recommend.
We had brought a cake with us as we were celebrating our friend’s graduation but they did not let us bring it in with us. They said they’ll keep it on the side and we can take it on our way out. Then when we were leaving we asked for it and the staff started acting dumb, some by saying they didn’t know who’s cake it was and gave it to someone else and others saying they didn’t know there was a cake. To top it all, the head of staff stated that they were “not responsible for the lost cake.” No compensation was offered whatsoever. We tried to reach out the following days but got no response at all.
It’s a shame to see such a lack of customer service skills from a business of this sort.
Frankly it’s no.
We stayed at the hotel and wanted to go have a drink. The cocktails are overpriced and above all they are tasteless, no taste, and we waited 35 minutes before having them. We absolutely do not recommend!

Two of us went there. The terrace is pleasant (very positive point: we don't feel "on top of each other"), the dishes we ate were good (special mention to the desserts, which were light but delicious) and the excellent musical atmosphere (plus, you can hear yourself talking without having to shout). Overall, the vibe is festive but still relaxing and “adult.” We validate.
Two things tarnished the experience:
At our table, a group of neighboring customers warn us that a spider is walking in the air. They are a little uncomfortable themselves, but less scared than I am about to be. The beast walks, swirls (low, I specify) above our table, above our heads (it was close to landing on my sister's head) and I get up because, yes, I am seriously arachnophobic. The person who seated us is not far from us and I ask him, uncomfortably, if he can catch the creature (then perfectly accessible). He chuckles for a long time, remains prostrate, so the spider climbs back onto the beam above us. So he tells me that he can't do anything because it's too high up (indeed, you were laughing, so it's now inaccessible...), that it's a terrace and that there are bees and spiders in abundance. He still suggests we move a few tables (because I always watch her walk on the beam above my head) or go to the bar. We end up moving, just to calm down the film that is now playing in my head if she comes back down.
Well, all this is already very melodramatic when reading it. The bottom line is this: as ridiculous as it may sound, I believe this is the kind of situation where the expression “the customer is king” applies, or even “the customer is queen”. Especially, if we don’t know if the person is allergic or about to have a panic attack. Failing to want to chase the creature away (I ended up wondering if he wasn't hiding his own fear of approaching behind his laughter), I would have done without the slightly condescending minute-mockery, and the simple proposal to travel would have been enough. I would point out that, later in the evening, we were able to observe a waiter “unceremoniously flying to the rescue” of a lady who was herself surprised by a spider (yes, there are a number of them in this place).
Second downside: the watch in hand. Let us point out, however, that it seems to be a fairly widespread practice in Quebec (and, unfortunately, in the majority of cases, there is no subtlety). We had the impression of eating to the rhythm of a stopwatch and the scrutinizing eyes of the waitresses/waiters, as we couldn't put down a fork without someone coming to ask us if they could clear it, if the we were finished or just took our plate. To sauce, we will go back. We had put down the dessert spoon, which the waitress asked us if we wanted the bill. I was paying the bill when a waiter came to clear my glass of wine (not empty), which I refused. And, 10 minutes later, the same server asked us to vacate the table for the restaurant's needs. Truly, when they specify that the table is held for two hours, it is and we make it clear to you. On this side, there is no relaxation and it is difficult not to conclude that the message is: “thank you…next”.
Vegetarian options: Possibility of replacing certain animal proteins with tofu.
