We went to Muze for a family birthday, and had a great experience. So much fun! Funky decor, great atmosphere, loved the DJ, service was excellent and food was good.

FoodChicken Tacos (2 Tacos) We only wanted a small bite and this hit the spot while we sipped on Prosecco.ServiceCould use some improvement. This could have been us reading too much into it but we got the feel that they did not want us there. When we were seated my wife asked if they do anything special for anniversaries, as we were celebrating. We were told that we first needed to order an appetizer, entree and drink but that she would check with her manager. Of course, we never heard anything back. We didn't make a big deal and proceeded to order our food and a couple of bottles of wine. At this point, is when I began to get the uneasy feeling as we asked for two glasses of water with lemon. After asking another (3) times the waters were brought. We had to asked another two times for the lemons. We stayed at the HoneyRose for a week and lets just say this was our first and last time going to the lounge. I would suggest venturing out as there are many other places within 5-10 minutes walking.AtmosphereNice, Chill and Laid back. They had a DJ setup but seemed to only just play from a playlist.

This resto looks nice but that’s where it ends unfortunately! We were 3 girls out for supper, had a reservation got seated and nobody even came to bring us water. It took us 25 minutes to get the waitress to even acknowledge us. We ordered everything at once since we realized we’d probably not eat if we didn’t! Drinks came and tasted nothing like they were described on the menu. We asked to change them and got full attitude from the manager…zero customer service skills by far! Drinks got taken away and we were charged for them. Food was disappointing as well when it finally arrived. Waste of money, left unsatisfied and hungry!

I was super excited to come to this restaurant as I seen it on Instagram and on TikTok and my overall experience was not it. When I first got to the host who was supposed to sit us? He stated that he did not see my reservation even though my reservation was on the iPad and he called over a manager to say that my reservation wasn't there, even even though I spelled it out for him and showed him my reservation. My friends tried to surprise me with a dessert because we saw other tables were doing that for celebrations and they were giving us a hard time and did not want to do the same things that they did for the other table which was a little bit upsetting, but nonetheless, we tried to make the best out of our Time there. In regards to the food it was very mid. Overall none of the dishes really had any flavor to it and we felt unwelcome at the restaurant.

Wonderful decor. You feel like you are somewhere else. Food was good , drinks were good. Service was abit slow but we had enough time to finish to go catch our show. Would definitely return especially in the spring when the terrasse is open!

A very very beautiful place. Located in the hotel, the lounge is brand new.The entrance is wow...the bar just beyond the front door is truly stunning. The decor is very nice and soft, welcoming.The tables in the room are comfortable but nothing extraordinary. The area in front of the foyer, right next to the bar and the DJ booth is awesome!The cocktails were very successful and the oysters wonderfully fresh and good.In short, great place... But... Just another lounge. There's really nothing to differentiate them. It's just another really nice lounge. I can't wait to see the dynamic with the terrace.

We booked this restaurant for Valentine’s Day thinking it would be a cute new place to try. Unfortunately, other than the nice vibe of the restaurant, I would not recommend going here based on our experience.1. We were sat in the corner of the restaurant and did not have enough space to move our legs for how crammed it was. We asked the hostess if we could change table (there were approx. 8 empty tables in our section). She said that she could not because they were fully booked (I understand that) however she could have put someone else there. We then asked our waitress to see if there was ANY possibility to change spot because we didn’t have leg space and showed her our leg space and she said “ah ouain c’est vrai mais non”. At that point, we just took the L.2. The waitress refused to serve us in English. When we would speak, she would reply back in French. I understand that we are in Quebec, but given that the restaurant is located in DT MTL in a hotel, maybe the staff could make an effort to reply/serve their anglophone customers and English speaking-tourists in English. She clearly understood English as she was replying in3. We arrived at the resto at 7:30pm. They had approx. 5 main course meals that you can choose from. We asked if we could get the bowl and she said that they had run out which is a bit odd since it was quite early in the evening and many couples around us had ordered the pre-made vday menu.4. We got our entree and once we finished, the waitress passed by and asked if wanted the bill. Mind you, at this point we did not even receive our main meal yet. She did not admit that she forgot to put the order in and we had to wait another 40 mins on top of the hour that we were already there.5. The waitress did not bring us water. We had to ask for water and when she brought it, she brought 2 glasses that were half full.6. We both got burgers and they tasted fine. The sauce was not spread evenly on the bun so every time I took a bite, the flavour would change - I was not a fan of that. The pairing of the BBQ dipping sauce and Asian-flavoured salad did not pair well. There are many other restos in MTL where you can get a better burger for cheaper.7. I forgot the name of the cocktail that I got but it was the one with cream. It was so strong, I had to gulp it down like I was taking a shot.

I am very disappointed with the experience that my boyfriend and I had. We went for Valentine's Day. Firstly, the service was horrible; we had to ask the waitress to come three times in order to bring water. Afterward, the food took 45 minutes to come. Our main dish was Gravlax de saumon à la betterave, émulsion de gin et eau de rose, blinis oeufs de tobiko. The saumon was very fishy. It looked like it was not fresh at all, and it was very ridiculous for the price we paid to have mini pancakes. Also, the amuse-bouche were only TWO OYSTERS!! However, the Tataki de canard, pickles de canneberge, crème aux agrumes et salade croquante was good but not enough. The portion was too small. As for the main course, we ordered Filet mignon de porc lardé, légumes asiatiques et gratin de pomme de terre, courge musquée. The filet mignon was way too dry. The only good part was the gratin de pomme de terre. As for my boyfriend's dish, it was Lobster ravioli with creamy bisque and parmesan chips. The ravioli were not creamy at all. As for the dessert, this honestly was the only good part of our experience, as it was delicious. But except for that, the rest of the food was disgusting. Also, the DJ music was ridiculous, but the design of the restaurant was beautiful. I will strongly not recommend you to go to this restaurant. Plus, the worst part of all, we complained, and they did not even have the audacity to offer us something to compensate, which is extremely disappointing!!

Beautiful place and high-end hotel vibes. I went there for Valentine's day so maybe not representative but the Lounge was noisy and tables were too close and small. Menu was ok not exceptional. Ambiance is definitely girly and more adapted to Girl's night out.
