Bonne nourriture, mais expérience client regrettable. Bien que notre serveur ait été d'une politesse exemplaire, l'un de mes invités d'affaires n'a pas reçu son repas avant la partie. J'ai demandé que son plat soit préparé pour notre retour à la première entracte, ce qui avait été accepté. À notre retour, notre serveur nous a informés qu'il n'y avait plus de poisson ni de dessert, puis on nous a finalement demandé de quitter à la fin de l'entracte. Le restaurant nous a offert nos dernières consommations en guise d'excuses. Mon invité d'affaires a dû se contenter de hot dogs pour souper. Rien de comparable au service que j'ai reçu à plusieurs reprises cette année de la part de Yannick au 9‑4‑10. À éviter si vous êtes dans la zone Desjardins.

The service was friendly and attentive. Despite it being very busy before a big match, our waiter was perceptive and responded quickly when we needed something. The food, however, was a different story. The lasagna was burnt and dry - it sank to the pit of my stomach like a stone. We've eaten there before, but the quality of the food seems to have plummeted. The cook should be benched!

Nous avons adorer le concept de la ferme à la table. Notre serveuse Véronique a fait d'excellent accord met/vin. C'est une vrai réussite !!! Merci

Food is good but service in this restaurant is just awful, especially for being in Bell Centre. Guests go to this restaurant so that they can walk straight to game/event and not be late, yet the service is so slow.

Réservation à 16h30 et nous étions obligés d'attendre à l'extérieur au froid jusqu'à 16h25 Pourquoi ne pas attendre à l'intérieur ? Il y a assez d'espace pour rendre ça plus agréable pour les gens qui attendent d'aller manger à ce restaurant. À améliorer car pour le reste le service et la nourriture c'était excellent

We had an excellent experience at this restaurant. Stephanie, the hostess, and our waitress were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, which immediately set the tone for the evening. The food was phenomenal, and the ambiance was just as impressive. What truly made the night stand out, though, was the impeccable service—we felt genuinely taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Très bien organisé, très bel accueil, sans chichi. L'équipe a été très accommodante pour notre groupe, ce qui a rendu l'expérience simple, agréable et efficace. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

On a oublié nos commandes boisson et repas principale. La réservation était pour 16:45 le soir du match et le flétan (sec!) a été servi à 18:35. C'est aussi très cher pour ce qu'on retrouve dans l'assiette.

Vraiment notre resto préféré au Centre Bell. L'atmosphère, l'espace entre les clients et la qualité de la nourriture fait de ce resto notre premier choix. Merci Chanel pour ton bon service. Ont reviendra certainement.

When one orders lasagna once expects a square 3" x "3 x 3" piece. They provided a side cut which looked liked it was a slice of thick bread. It is a fraction of what you would get if you went to another restaurant. Little food for a high price.

Do yourself a favour, eat anywhere else before Habs hockey game. Our Yakitori and Octopus came in timely manner, both were very average dishes. Then we ordered the Parmentier au Canard, we waited over 30 minutes, still nothing served. We flagged down the waitress and asked what is going on with our main course, reply was not stellar..."We are very busy and it is always like this that plates take this long to come out." Really?! So you are telling me you are always short staffed and have bad service standards? She then went into the kitchen to see if our dishes were ready, 5 minutes later she reappeared with the dishes. Unfortauntely, when we started eating the meal was cold to luke warm at best. To add insult to injury, it was runny. Never, ever take a guest to a pre-game meal here. Take them to Lucille's, La Belle et La Boeuf, even La Cage au Sport, anywhere else .... don't make a mistake at Mystik. PS She also stated, "Oh, the game is still an hour from now, you still have time." She made the presumption that we were headed straight to our seats for the start of the game at 7:30PM. We were set to meet up with another group before the start of the game to have a drink....never make as assumption!!!
