Our order was lost and the waitress was unapologetic. It was 1hr 30 mins before we received our sushi. The staff was disorganized. The waitress did not speak English. I understand French is the first language, however in a big city you expect English speaking.

Souper parfait! Accueil simple et convivial, service à un bon rythme, la nourriture était excellente. Les tempuras ont eu beaucoup de succès dans notre groupe de six! Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour un souper de samedi soir au centre-ville.

Ils ont ouvert une salle supplémentaire pour la nuit du 31 décembre mais elle était glaciale, nous avons dû garder nos manteaux pour manger. Le personnel était aussi froid et pressé de nous voir partir car ils ont reçu beaucoup de réservations et ont exigé qu'on ne reste pas plus de deux heures

Le service était très long, on. a du demander 3 fois pour quelque chose qu'on a commander la première fois et qu'on a jamais reçu. Les sushi était bon mais les plats bof.
Stuck us in corner. Couple beside us were loud and annoying. Waiter was even perplexed but no one said anything to them Food was hot but waitress seemed miffed that she had to keep coming back for dishes. Table was very crowded

La serveuse etait assez désagréable. Nous avions réservé donc on s'attendait à une meilleure table pour deux mais on nous a mit sur une table à 2 cm de la porte d'entrée, autant dire qu'on sentait le froid graciale à chaque vas et viens. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix de sushi.

I just found this restaurant and I love it so much the food is amazing it tastes so good. I feel like the quality of the ingredients is so much better than some other sushi places. The staff is so friendly and kind. I highly recommend.
This was my 4th time , warm, friendly and efficient staff  that has been there consistently, which shows stability and professionalism !great sushi for the value  I would recommend this place to anyone!
The restaurant is amazing . Also the waitress the lady that welcome us it was amazing . The only problem is there is no dessert yet but they just reopen and they told us that they will be soon . The quality off the food is excellent compare to k2 is not hygienic and the food is full of oil . Also the quality of their food in k2 is very bad service bad and their toilet is smelly not clean . I highly recommend this restaurant and will go again . In the begenning I was not sure to go to try it but that was incredibly the best sushi I had in Montreal . Keep it up ?

Très bon service, accueil chaleureux dès le début. Les sushis sont excellents, très belle sélection de makis. J'ai été un peu déçue de certains plats chaud et woks qui n'étaient pas aussi bons malheureusement mais grosso modo belle expérience. Le prix est un peu élevé les soirs de fin de semaine, mais comparable aux compétiteurs. Bref, un bon endroit, de très bon sushis et service impeccable. Quelques plats à revoir mais overall 4 étoiles sur 5 selon moi est bien représentatif.

The food is tasteful, the prices are regular, but what distinct this restaurant it's his service! They all really nice, understanding and professional. I had a great experience there.

Can’t review food because after a long day working on computer, phone, pad etc they presented me with….a pad that I had to click and point to. My choices. Various screwups. WHY””???? Give me a nice paper menu and a server who understands it. It’s bad enough that we have to drag out our phones to read scans to see menus in restaurants. Can we get off screens one hour while we go out for dinner???????

The food didn't taste fresh , specially the rolls . Sushi was much more rice than fish . I wasn't aware that this was a all you can eat restaurant; I think restaurants sacrifice the quality of the food when you pay a fee .
