Came here with several friends for New Year’s Eve dinner. I’d been here before and they don’t disappoint. The waiter was very personable and attentive, and the food was great. I had the Spaghetti Napolese but the pizza is fantastic as well.

Love it the ambiance and the service! The food taste really good. The only thing is that the portion was small, smaller than usual for the same dish in other places in MTL (which make the dish pricey). I will return for sure!

Been here many times. The Pizza and Veal are 10/10. Service is 10/10.The restaurant seating area is slightly small but if you go when it's not busy, with the old decor, it's a magical experience!!Older restaurants like this aren't that good at hiring more staff during peak times. If you go for lunch on a random weekday, it's a truly great and very Italian experience!!

The place looks old and in lack of care. Flies were all over the dining room trying to eat my pizza. Their pizzas are nothing better than Domino's.

Went there with a friend, was seated quickly but then ignored for 20 minutes - no water, no bread, no acknowledgement. We watched the host seat other parties (of 2 like us) after us and they had their appetizers before we even got water so clearly this restaurant only cares about a certain type of customer. I’ve read other reviews mentioning the same, 0/5When the waiter came, she was very rude and rushed us despite the restaurant not being busy. Of all the cocktails and drinks listed, they only had stock for daiquiris and pina colodas so don’t expect much from this place, 0/5.The food was fine, the pizza crust is really good but the pizza and pasta overall was very average, 3/5.Then we spent 15 minutes trying to get the waiters attention to pay… 0/5.

I was vacationing alone in Montreal and I chose Napoli as it looked popular and the menu looked great. Although the waitress was friendly and the meal arrived quickly and was delicious, I felt like a second-class citizen as a number of couples that had arrived after me were seated first - they did not have reservations! I don't understand why this was! Could it be that they deserved better seating as they would probably be spending more on their meals that a solo customer? I was eventually brought to a table near the back of the restaurant, close to the kitchen...very disappointing!

Went there on a very busy day pizza were very good2 days later I came back with 2 others friends pizzas were burned dried…service very bad, they never welcome us, no water refill, no free bread to start like every other tablesThe waiter had very bad behavior, because, hungry and agressive because that service didn’t deserve 1 coinI can see the difference when the owner isn’t thereTips have to be deserved…we aren’t asking for a 5 stars service but at least the minimumToo many waiters give you horrible service and expect to be tipped. They forget we come to have a good time and if there is no customer there is no restaurant!!!
We ate outside on the sidewalk/street [no car traffic, blocked off]. Initially we checked the outside menu and then approached them, they were very polite and we were seated immediately. The lasagna Napoli was truly outstanding and they helped us select a wine [Ruffino - Chianti], that complemented the meal beautifully. The food and service here, literally made our trip to Montreal, an exceptional experience. I could not recommend this place highly enough.

Stopped by here for dinner as it looked interesting. So glad we did , rhe food was amazing. I had the lasagna and it was really good. would definitely go here again the next time I am in town.

Took a Lasagna Napoli with fried calamari. Everything was superb as expected. Price is also very reasonable. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because for some reason, the water I was served tasted very bizarre and I did ask the waitress if she could replace it but she refused.
