Restaurant Casa de la Pizza

I am a regular customer of the restaurant and unfortunately every week that I order the order is always inaccurate. Bad dish, missing fries, bad salad or side dish, no drink, poor quality, cold....it's really very annoying that it's your meal at work and it's not what you chose . Today more than $25 for a bad, incomplete meal on top of that. What poor service and quality.

I call after an hour and a half of waiting, they don't have my order. I RECOMMEND request thick cost and on my invoice it was written very thin crust. Worst service ever received from a restaurant

Please specify that it is only open for pick-up orders, and what time you are open for dining in.

Never once did we get the complete order right. Always missing a pickle, a liqueur, or an accompaniment. Plus the food is mediocre at its best, for too high a price. Don't waste your time, order elsewhere.

Despite the oppressive heat due to the lack of consideration from the owner of the building, we ate very, very well and the waitress was perfect.

Monday noon for a Take out. The new waitress definitely doesn't want to work. One customer waited patiently for 10 minutes for his bill despite frequent warnings that he is in a big hurry. I did not get any utensils with my order. Anyway, I'm not going to bother you anymore.

Parking: The surrounding streets are under repair. Take the metro.

If you're in the area you've probably received flyers for this place, they serve a range of food from pizzas, pastas, greek wraps and chinese. In the flyers, the name of the restaurant changes to "Casa des mets chinois" which means house of chinese food. I knew fully from the beginning that this place would not have authentic chinese food, I was expecting something americanized. I've ordered "chinese" food from a similar style restaurant in the area called Miami Deli and that place is delicious. This Casa restaurant was just awful.
I walked in and ordered a chicken fried rice and a beef and broccoli dish. No issues with service or lenght of time to get the food, everything was quite speedy. The restaurant has lots of seating but no vibe whatsoever so I don't suggest eating here.

Once I got back home, I realise the fried rice had an offputting color and there was pale sickly looking chicken pieces just sprinkled on top. The chicken was not incorporated in the dish and the whole thing was so bland, no flavor or seasoning or sauce whatsoever. The chicken tasted canned or boiled, it was not appealing. The rice also looked overcooked and mushy like the grains were stuck together. It was a very cheap looking type of rice - Uncle Ben's would be better!

The beef and broccoli was a soggy watery mess. The beef also looked like it was just boiled in water and everything was quickly put together without any hint of an asian sauce or flavor. The portions are decent but most dishes were close to $20 each so this was horrible value and ended up being a waste. We were able to eat the broccoli and no one got sick or anything but the quality and flavor was completly lacking.

This is the worse take out I've ever ordered and I'm not a picky eater. I cannot vouch for the other dishes served here but I think it would be a safer choice to stick with their pizzas and fries type meals as they cannot cook "chinese" food or anything close to asian style food to save their lives. It is unfortunate as this location is very close to where I was staying and wanted to support a small local business but they should seriously reconsider their menu and abolish this chinese option.

The pizza and Chinese dishes and breakfasts are delicious. The desserts/cakes (black forest, cheese, double chocolate, strawberry shortcake, coconut, etc.) are prepared by a pastry chef and are all really good.
The employees are experienced, dynamic and provide good, fairly quick service at the tables.

Super garnished pizzas and just excellent.... we tried the small courtyard behind... I recommend calm and magnificently decorated

Brought our 3 young kids here after the biosphere. The waitress could not have been more accommodating or helpful and the kids loved the food. Would come again.

Good food from Déli, the pizza and the submarine are really good! the waitress was super nice and since we went on a Saturday, there was a show and a large group of slightly older people who were so nice! I love these kinds of places, there are few left and I hope they will stay for a long time.
