Ordered via the Uber Eats app because of a buy one get one on the David Smash. Only 1 was sent and my family was left disappointed. Uber Eats support was useless in helping fix the issue. So not impressed that members of my family didn't get a full meal

We placed an order through Ubereats and items were missing. We didn’t receive any assistance from the restaurant, they just told us to request a refund with Ubereats.

Wow… what a disappointment… we used to come here so often, and now I can safely say I’ll never come back. The food was so subpar…cold, overcooked and expensive. Our server was friendly and apologetic, but the truth is, there were so many things that weren’t good, I stopped at asking for a credit for a well done hard yolk burnt egg on top of my burger. It wasn’t just our table… even the table next to us sent their french fries back because they were inedible. My friend ate the Poseidon burger with sweet potato fries, he scored his meal at a 3/10… my husband who ordered the Philly cheese steak sub with onion rings felt like he was in an old commercial for Wendy’s asking “where’s the beef?” he scored his meal 4/10 My suggestion is that if you want to eat from this chain’s restaurant- stay away from this location as it is not representative of the food from the West Island and St Laurent locations.

Ordered a smash burger — got a sad, undercooked puck instead. Most places ask how you want your burger cooked; here, apparently raw is the default. Poutine? Ordered regular, got some weird tater tot version. Total mess. Won’t order this again. Save your money.

Went to celebrate my son's double-milestone (driver's license and first job). Great service from a friendly and smiling staff. Minor disappointment that they were out of the chimichurri for the Orozco burger, but nothing else negative to say. The fries are great!

Poutine is very liquidity and the double cheese burger was quite dry. Service was fast, but they were too fast with the bill once they took away our plates. My wife’s burger was good though- the issue is more the poutine . Disappointed
Went here Saturday 17th of May.. I was the only one who had ordered food for takeout... I had ordered sweet and spicy wings with fries and a coke... It took about 20 minutes.. it seemed like the staff really didn't care about making food in a timely fashion... I felt like I was interrupting their socializing..it seems their coupon promotion was to try to drum up business... I had been there in the past,and it was never like this..maybe that's why it was dead..

Service is spotty. The kitchen staff are great. Servers are slow to clean/clear tables for the next clients. I had to do the table myself in order to sit down . It used to be much better.
