I watched a chef from a Michelin-starred restaurant on YouTube say he couldn't POSSIBLY produce enough hand-made pasts to satisfy all his demand. The next afternoon, I was at this place watching a very young and VERY talented young man crank out absolutely beautiful noodles á la minute for an entire packed dining room. Phenomenal food, eat here.

The ramen is delicious, but I came all the way to eat at Happy Noodles and met a green-haired waiter with a very bad attitude. I was so pissed off that I won't come back again.

These noodles will blow your mind. The broth is rich and flavourful. I got the #5 noodles, so delicate and bouncy in your mouth. Would recommend.

We saw the line down the block to get in and knew immediately we had to try this place. 100% worth the wait and hype. I got the veggie noodle soup with the wide noodles and my husband got the traditional beef noodle soup. We also got the edamame and cucumber salads. Yum yum yum. The broths were so flavorful and the handmade noodles were excellent. The salads which were a hearty portion, were a perfect compliment, with the edamame one being my favorite. Def get in line to come to this gem of a place. Super authentic and a must when in Montreal

My kids and I love this place, we come every time we visit Montréal from Vermont. Can be busy so we try to come on the early side. My 10 year old says “this place is bussin’!”<3 :)

I ordered fried noodles and beef noodles. The fried sauce was very fragrant and delicious. The chili sauce was not spicy but had enough aroma. I was disappointed with the noodles. I ordered thin, chewy and loose dough.

This place is busy at dinner time. Get there early to line up. The noodle are freshly pulled right at the front of the store. You can pick the the thickness of the noodle from 1-7. And you can pick how spicy . I recommended less spicy for people that hasn't had very spicy food. Don't want to ruin the whole bowl of noodles. Hot sauce at the table if u want to add more. The soup is pretty authentic. Maybe a bit less flavorful than the one I had before but still very good. We also ordered the tea eggs, which was also good.Warning!! The large bowl is huge. Unless you are super hungry or sharing. Go medium.

I ve been dreaming to go this place since my last stay in Montreal, even the medium size is huge. You need skills to eat and not staining your suits. Broth and noodles ? delicious

Amazing noodles, one of my favourite places to eat, everything is reasonably priced and the portions are huge, as real and authentic as you can get in terms of the many regional types of food from China.Just come ready to sit on really small chairs with no back, better chairs is all I'd do to improve this place.

They make the noodles out in the open, super cool. Possibly the best noodles I've had

The food is really good, only one vegetarian option. The vegetarian noodle soup is amazing because the boulion is really silky, creamy and the mushrooms inside is moist and with a lot of flavour. The cucumber salad is so crunchy and flavoury with nuts, oil and chilli. The only thing that the egg is not enough marinated. Thank you for fresh noodles ?
