Been ordering from here quite often and they never made mistake or miss special instructions. Also went to the restaurant and the service was quick and efficient. The food is everything you expect from an American-Chinese restaurant. Portion is generous without you breaking your wallet.

I got a wonton soup it was very good and the wonton pieces (2) were very big. Came with a pack of soya sauce. I also ordered a general tao chicken and rice. Very good the sauce was the perfect amount and tasty. The way the chicken was cooked was a bit less of my taste but good all in all.

I was treated very rudely on the phone by the so called manager there. I had problems ordering online, so I called and tried to place my order. She was not even paying attention and I had to repeat my order and address many times. The manager finally told me to call another restaurant if I’m not happy. So instead of defusing my frustration, she decides to brush me off and kept telling me to order somewhere else. Good luck to this place if they can keep the restaurant open longer after this and other bad reviews. OMG I never experienced this before.

ETC Noodles is my guilty pleasure! Generous portions, very varied menu and plenty of vegetarian choices! Their Black Bean Tofu and Vegetable Chao Mein are my favorites!

Very disappointed with my delivery order. Much too long a delay. The food arrived cold. If you order, it's best to go through a delivery app (UberEats, skip, etc.) and not through their website. The credit offered was clearly not sufficient considering the problems.
