Updated 2025: I just had the best burger in town by accident. The fries smelled delicious but I decided it would be worth the full meal. The meat was so well spiced, juicy and thick patty on nice buttery brioche buns, and fantastic crispy fries. I usually can't finish the fries and take them home for bad leftovers but this time I cleaned the plate. $7 margaritas special on Mondays drew me in but I stayed for food and left with a bill just under $50 all said and done, happy and full. Grand slam, compliments to the chef.

Employees are very welcoming but speed of service could be improved. Loved my mac and cheese, not too cheesy which is how I prefer. Poutine was good, not the best. Burgers, fries and wings were yummy! 😋

Seven stars for ambiance. Seems intensely curated for a vinyl booth diner and is weirdly reminiscent of Twin Peaks. Greatest restaurant in the world. Scrumptious food and the best manhattan I've had - strong enough that it only gets better the more you drink.

Nouveau Palais Cute but not worth the hype
Had the veggie burger—super dry, no sauce, no flavor. Mac and cheese was bland with barely any cheese. Drinks were okay, but honestly, nothing wowed me. Cute vibe but wouldn’t go back.
