The Signature Banh Mi is the best Banh Mi I have eaten. And I've tried about 20 different places (including Calgary and Vancouver). Warm welcome, counter only, ideal location. I go back there regularly and recommend it to everyone.

Cute little restaurant, with a few seats for dining in, nice decor and many options for quick pick-up, including classic asian drinks. Delicious sandwiches and egg rolls. Staff is super kind and very reasonable price for the size and quality of food.
