We were so impressed with this cosy and at the same time lively spot for dinner. The food was amazing as were the staff. Such a fun night out and a great meal all at once! Conveniently located near Place des Arts and other spots for fun in Montreal. Highly reccomend!!!!!

I had the best pasta I’ve ever had here, called Mushroom Pappardelle. Whenever I visit montreal I make sure to stop by and have some. Definitely does get busy on weekends, even for takeout. But worth it for this pasta.

The food doesn't look that great, but the taste and smell more than make up for it. I recommend making a reservation because it was very busy. The atmosphere is nice, and the waiters are great too. The beer is the best I've had in Montreal. It's a really good place in terms of quality and price.
The food was incredible - very fresh, flavourful, and clearly made with care. Their specials and salads are next level and the mussels + fries combo was perfect. Everything came out beautifully plated and tasted even better than it looked. The portions were also very generous, and the whole place was clean, warm with a relaxed and elevated vibe.

We came across this spot on our first night in Montréal and it immediately set the tone for the trip. The atmosphere was honestly really cozy, welcoming, and full of that effortless Montréal charm. Our server, Amélie was truly wonderful, so kind, patient, and full of great recommendations. You can feel when service comes from the heart, and hers absolutely did.

I’ve been a loyal customer at NYKS for a long time, but my experience last night was genuinely disappointing. Amélie’s attitude was unacceptable she was dismissive, visibly irritated, and made our entire table feel uncomfortable. We were celebrating our work anniversary I’ve never had such unprofessional service here. I truly hope management takes this seriously, because the rest of the team and food are always fantastic, and it’s a shame to see one person bring down the experience.
