Walked by on the way to another place and made a mental note to try it on the same trip. Had a great brown ale and my wife and I both had the fried chicken sandwich. “It’s like a full dinner,” said my wife. The fries with it were the best we’ve had on this trip to Montreal. The chicken was very tasty. Wanted to try other places on other days, but I’d absolutely come back here. The table was nice, and the service was terrific.
Our go-to spot for cozy comfort food whenever we’re in Montreal. The duck confit poutine is just as delicious as the first time we tried it—crispy fries, rich gravy, squeaky cheese curds, and a generous piece of duck to top it all off. If you’re a fan of al dente pasta, the mushroom pappardelle is another standout favorite. One more resto on the regular roster.
Went here with 4 friends earlier today! We had the pleasure of having Mike as our bartender. Genuinely gave us an unforgettable experience for our first time in Montreal! He killed it all night with all the other guests too and went above and beyond the whole time!
