OCHA offers fantastic Mochi donuts and friendly service. The decor is excellent, providing a great place to sit down. While some drinks may taste artificial, the yuzu oolong bubble tea is a good blend. The tiramisu Mochi donut is sweet, but enjoyable, and the ube Mochi donut is a hit.
