I was positively surprised by how kind and attentive the staff was! I came in for the first time, unsure of what to order… as the store was empty, the lady working patiently went through all the different options and gave me recommendations. At the end, I was indecisive between drinks and she offered to create a mix of the two! The ambiance is also quite nice and the donuts looked amazing, I’ll definitely be back to try them :)

I came here for the donuts. But ended up getting iced coffee and ice cream as well. The donuts were so delicious. Fresh and chewy and had very good flavor. I had the Vietnamese iced coffee. The taste was good. But my drink was rather small for what I got. And the ice cream was delicious. I had a mix of matcha and ube soft serve. I definitely recommend if you are in the area and wanna grab a little dessert.

Tried out OCHA on a weekend evening. They do BBT, mochi donuts (9 flavours), egg sandwiches and soft serve. $5.00 rotating daily weekday specials along with three $3.99 drink specials.
Good variety and great drinks. I recently tried the Matcha cream and im not disappointed, I can tell the matcha was quality and effective lol! And the guy that served me was smiley and helpful. I also tried in the past the Sando with chicken and eggs which was delicious and very filling.
There are many good bubble tea shops downtown but this one I definitely recommend.

They offer a unique and interesting take on donuts which is hard to find anywhere else in Montreal. The donuts are so soft I would be surprised if they weren't being made in house and daily.
I've had all the different flavors of mochi donuts that they offer and have never once been disappointed by it. This place is definitely worth a visit.
The biscoff mochi donut is my favorite. The bubble tea here is also great!

- Hojicha latte ($3.99) - subbed for oat milk ($1.00 extra). Good, strong hojicha flavour
- Matcha fraise mochi donut ($3.99) - legit matcha flavour. Good mochi texture
