Okaiyo Sushi & Poke

We ordered a huge plate for New Year Eve, the sushis were good overall except for one type that wasn't as fresh as it could be. I requested to have it at a certain time for the pick up and due to the busy schedule , there was a waiting time for close to 30 minutes . Otherwise , I assume it's not as busy during the week.

I've ordered from here twice, and so far, so good. The first time it was take out and I ordered online and the person on the phone told me that they only offer that option for lunch ( it was supper time) but just for this occasion they could do it for me anyway.

The second time was also take out and the service was quick. Both times the sushi I had (spicy salmon syake) were good. And my coworker had no complaints on the miso soup and poke bowl.

After the new administration, the sushis are super small and not appetizing.... needs improvement.. do not order the combos...

We got sick 2-3 hours later and the sushi wasn't great.

The owner billed us more money than what we have ordered, denied that the prices are different, and only gave us half the money back when we first inquired about the price differences so we have to ask again. Very very bad customer service and attitude. The food was not fresh and the rice tastes like rubber. Overall if there is a one star I would have chosen it.

Doordash friends mafia, need to order twice because of poor communication when items are unavailable. Should not use door dash to deliver. The agent at the restaurant confirmed the incomplete order with doordash and neither party notified me. This would allow me to choose something else. Doordash also received a complaint about its impatient customer service agent who wants to run away without handling the problem. Change delivery service, door dash does not do the job.
