The panini station has some of the best sandwiches I've ever tried in Montreal. Seriously, it beats a majority of local spots. Hidden spot with two absolute gems operating the station

I was surprised to find this somewhat hidden Olly Fresco, considering there's another one 5 minutes away. Looks like they have different daily menus, so if one doesn't suite your tastes, it might be worth checking out the other.

Best wraps ever. this one is a cauliflower wrap such good value they pack it with ingredients including potatoes and dressings plus spicy hummus and tahini. Vegan as is or spicy chicken available if preferred. excellent value the one in photo was 10 bucks and almost enough for 2 people. Consistent polite happy friendly team on the sandwich grill section. I could eat these daily and affordably. The secret is they use two wraps so it is sturdy and doesn’t fall apart. A must try in Montreal !

The restaurant is filled with locals, and is very busy at lunchtime.You can choose from about 6 types of side dishes, so it's easy to understand even for people who don't speak the language.

Lots of food stuff here. Taste is good and price is reasonable. Either Veg or Non-veg , there are lots of options to choose from buffet. Staff working here are nice & friendly. Excellent !!

I like the concept of this place especially which is located in a very lively place and full of employees. They have everything! The most popular is their buffet but I advise you to be VERY careful and check carefully at the cash register before paying. To recommend their boxes of fresh fruit. They also have special offers during the week.
