Honestly the best poke I've ever tried in Montreal and I've been to a lot others. The service is great and they also have such a really good vibe!

I had the spicy rainbowl twice: very good! Fish is fresh, rice is well cooked and this one has avocado, mango and carrots.

Both times, i added extra salmon to have more protein because I was told there's a lot of rice in the bowl. More expensive, but the bowl is better this way in my opinion and I'm happy this way.

I think the rice could be better seasoned though. One time i added extra wakame, and the rice didnt seem as present. A bit more seasoning would make it sososo good.

Was pleasantly surprised to find out they had an Unagi (eel) bowl. It was extremely flavorful and the rice was a perfect combination of soft, sticky and nicely seasoned

It's not easy to find a good restaurant for Poke Bowls, there are a lot of offers in Montreal.
I can confirm that this one is worth it.
The quality of the ingredients, the flavor and the quantity are there.
I will recommend this place for sure. It was delicious.
