I bought fresh pasta sheets to cut some parpadelle. They don't actually have a setting on their machine for parpadelle so the woman in the store was going to cut it by hand. I just said I'll do it since it's less expensive to buy whole sheets. I was disappointed with this fresh pasta - it was way too thick - it should have been put through their machine a few more times. I buy fresh pasta from the Italian shops in little Italy and this was easily double the thickness...
Great take out meal for 2 for $25. Risotto was delicious and creamy, the fried eggplant was crispy and the homemade sauce was flavorful. The salad was perfectly seasoned and the dressing was great. The portioning for 2 people was generous. Also came with a lemon muffin dessert, which was a great bonus. Highly recommend!
La variété et la qualité des produits : je n'ai jamais été déçue. Les conseils de préparation sont bienvenus et judicieux.
Je recommande particulièrement les raviolis aux champignons sauvages qui sont un vrai délice.
