Nice place for lunch! I had at least 100 meals here during my 6 years of phd study at McGill. I’ll miss this place
Food is excellent but the price went up a lot
Very good food and relatively affordable. Take the pork bone soup at your risk and peril, it's one of the best choices to make, but can be messy to eat. Still recommend it. Wear a bib.
I ate so much food here i didn’t wake up for 14 hours. It’s too good. I wish there was a location in Toronto.
Fast and tasty. Good Korean fast food at a decent price.
Needed a quick lunch near campus and a friend recommended this Korean restaurant. Having lived in Seoul, I can say the bibimbap really hit the spot! The portions are generous for the price, and it even comes with a miso soup. The ordering system is super efficient, you order on a digital screen, and about 10 minutes later your name is called to pick up your food. Everything was fresh, fast, and tasty. I’ve already been back to try their soup, and it was just as delicious. Definitely a new go-to spot!
Ordered pork bone soup and red bean bingsoo.
Very good portion for the price.
The bingsoo is very flavorful and well put together!!!
Very fast service and cozy dining place.
Recommended.
Everything was ok-ish but that Bingsoo single-handedly made it all worth it. That Bingsoo was some heavenly perfection, a platonic ideal of a dessert. If I go back, it would be for the Bingsoo.
I delivered the bibimbap (a rice-based dish) from there and when it came there was literally just a TEASPOON of rice. when i tried to refund they called me and yelled at me saying “it’s up to us how much we give you.” incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. there are better places in mtl.
Authentic Korean food home made

Decent little place near campus that is quite convenient. The food is solid, not bad at all but nothing special. Portions are pretty large and pretty good value. I’m a bit hesitant to branch out and try other meals on the menu but the chicken and rice is good.
On a side note I always appreciate interesting aspects of restaurants whether they improve or take away from the dining experience. Here it was the art, it reminded me of an artist from my hometown. Kinda neat not sure what to think of the painting I posted tbh but cool.
PS thanks for all the new followers I really appreciate it. I promise to stay loyal to the truth and speak my heart on a dining experience. See you in the next review ✌️
Opiano is a good , economic Korean restaurant perfect for a work/between class/ or after school meal.
1. Good price.
I have ordered pork bone soup and kimbap with beef , with tax 33$. And these were shared with my friend.
2. Good taste
The pork bone soup is very tasty.
It is DIY style and food court atmosphere. I highly recommend
They have bingsoo as well.will definitely try that in Summer 🌞!
Good food, very convenient for mcgill students.
Great place for lunch with really tasty Korean food. Convenient location, self serve kiosks, and a pretty reasonable price.
The Sundae guk was crazy so flavourful and generous in size! A lot of meat and extremely fast service wow! A lovely comfort food restaurant that I would love to return to every week!
