This restaurant is fabulous! I wanted to try Dominican food because I love it. As soon as I entered the restaurant I immediately loved it. The employees are super nice, polite, and smiling. The atmosphere is great, the music helps us transport ourselves. The decoration adds a touch that really makes me think as if I were on a trip. The food... What can I say... Is wonderful. I was ecstatic with every bite. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. In addition, the price is very affordable. My meal was $19 with tax and without tip (don't worry, I tipped, it's just for guidance). I had the chicken stew with fried plantains ?, I have nothing to say and I will go back for sure!

Got the chicharron en bandera (fried pork, rice, beans, salad and fried plantains) and a mango juice. Everything was delicious. The pork was juicy and well seasoned, it melted in your mouth. The beans were really good, the rice as well. The salad was so-so. The juice was delicious, although not freshly made. It's a nice little corner place, good ambiance. The waitress was really nice and attentive.

Cozy little gem in the neighborhood. The food was excellent and very tasty!! The chicharon was cooked to perfection...tender inside extra crispy on the outside. The tres leches cake was to die for!! The portions are great to share. Pricing is reasonable. The service was great. Very welcoming and friendly. Will absolutely return. Totally recommend it!!!

Delicious food prepared with lots of care! Chicharonnes were crispy, meaty and flavourful as they should be, the riz moro wasn’t dry and I appreciated how it was actually seasoned with aromatics (some places cut corners and just use bouillon to call it a day, but not this place). Their tres leches was also super tasty with a nice consistency that was just dense enough to not make it heavy, + it was topped with a sort of merengue which added a nice touch overall. Great authentic Dominican food that will satisfy you, definitely check them out!

Jan 2024Food was better than what I was expecting. Very surprised very good, flavourful. Portions were very good. Presentation was very nice.Environment cosy, welcoming, friendly.Service is lacking, waitress didn’t understand our order. We received things on our dish that we didn’t order. We ate it anyway but just to say the English and French is barely a pass.Still we would go back.Everyone deserves a chance.

First discovery this evening, delivered to the house, and it was excellent! The goat stew was very tasty (but a little salty), the cassava very crunchy, and the little coleslaw was different from the bland iceberg lettuce and onion salads often served as a side.We can't wait to try other dining options this time.I recommend !
