The owner clearly knows what he's doing, has a formidable business with great employees. The pasta is DELICIOUS and none others compare to it.
Pleasantly surprised with this place. Their raviolis are quite good. I'm a loyalist to La Maison du Ravioli, but this place is definitely up there on their level. Definitely will be back for more. They're one or two blocks away from the Fabre metro station

Avant j'achetais des pâtes fraîches à métro. Puis j'ai découvert cette place merveilleuse. Depuis je ne peux pas manger d'autres pâtes.

Amazing pasta! So fresh and made daily! I love it here and come 3 times a week to get my pasta fix! I highly recommend it. Once you taste fresh pasta from Pasta Coloccia, you will never go back to dry pasta!
