After a long time, we finally revisited Chinatown in downtown Montreal last weekend. We were mainly there to buy a few things, but of course, we couldn’t resist exploring the dessert options. This time, I chose Coco Pâtisserie, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. While many bakeries on the same street offer a variety of pastries, Coco stands out with its twist—it has an impressive selection of brioche, both sweet and savory, along with a dedicated section for coco...
I didn’t know it was possible to mess up egg tarts until I tasted theirs. I wanted to give them a second chance and since they are so conveniently located, I went back again and got these durian treats. I couldn’t even finish one.
There is a huge choice of cakes, and they are all very tempting. It's delicious and the prices are reasonable. My only concern is tipping: I don't really understand why you should tip, given that I did everything myself, from choosing the products to going to the checkout. Following this logic, cashiers in supermarkets should also be tipped. Other than that, it's excellent.
