Super good pastries, but don’t get their bubble tea. It’s cheap but really not worth it, tastes literally like cardboard, flour and a little bit of sugar 💔

We had to try the bubble teas it was on promotion so we got the n1 and n2 it was overall good and price was affordable.

absolutely the worst reception service, they are very rude and trying to put all breads into one bag. Bought 6 and the receptionist lady tried to put 4 big bread into 1 small bag. Squeezed so badly. And refused to give my cake a paper bag. Only bread deserves bag the cake doesn’t? So rude, hopefully your tip selection on POS machine actually been used.

I bought a bag of chips and the cashiers stared at me extremely because I didn't tip. Why I should tip on a bag of chips! Anything, cashiers! Plus I already had a stomach ache after eating their pastry!

My husband bought me this pastry from Coco Bun and I ended up with a wooden stick and a skewer, not a toothpick in the pastry it was not fun finding this I bit right into it not sure if I broke any teeth I have sore jaw though it could have gotten a lot worse or someone could have gotten hurt not knowing something was inside the pastry I will not be perching anything else from them or going back to buy anything else from this place this was in the metro near the metro it's self we will not be going back so make it your to-do list and don't go to this place either because they have hade done nothing so far in trying to solve the problem if there was a way I could put no stars I would But at least I can take away the food star I hade put up still waiting for a resault and for them to do something about this issu with sticks in the food and hurting my teeth thay are lucky I even gave them a star cause I would even give them one stll waiting for this to be resolved

Really good bakery shop with mostly cheap prices (2.2 $-5$), great bakery with a good range of selection to fill yourself with during free time

Offers: 2 boba milk tea for 7$+taxes (only if you choose from option 1 to 5, mediocre taste because of how watery it taste)

Went here around 6pm Tuesday 6 Aug to grab 2 cakes before the cinema. The first time I paid the payment didn't go through, the machine issued an error receipt so I paid again with another card, it went through with no receipt printing. And the cashier told us due to no receipt we either have to pay again or can't take the cakes. We showed her the charges in our credit card bank app and she wanted to take a photo. We refused because there are other confidential information too. She insisted that we can't take it because of no payment proof. We asked to speak to the manager because it's ridiculous for all the hassles just for $8. After back and forth for a while, she let us take the cakes and leave. Never come back again, zero customer service. How can you blame the customer for YOUR system error? Losing a customer for just $8, wow!

When I go to Montreal I will definitely return.

I really like this place. There is plenty of choice and the food is fresh and delicious. There staff is always very patient to serve me.

A first time at Cocobun this 07/06, mainly for the bubble tea. I tried the new flavor and it was great. Just time to take a break, the place is very good: quiet and clean.
Note that the part where I ate was messy with boxes, we can do better in terms of the atmosphere of the store.
The service was excellent, although I noted that the service was only in English.
