I regularly order from this place on Uber. I ordered from Uber Eats today. I canceled within less than a minute but didn't get a refund. Uber said that once the order is accepted by the store, they pay the store and there is no refund. I was told to call the store to remediate the issues. I called the store and they said it was ready for pick-up. I went and they asked me to pay again. The store said that Uber didn't pay them, which I don't believe. I'm so disappointed with the shady way the store charged me twice for 1 order. This is not how you build repeat customers!
Kunefe sandwich was so delicious. As well they have an amazing ice cream and good coffee
Im honestly so disappointed.... there was a long thick black hair in my baklava.... so disgusting and unsanitary. I don't want to know how you guys are working in the kitchen honestly. I really wasn't expecting this as a loyal customer for years.

Anna was great, she provided me and my family with a very good service. Knefe was delicious and enjoyable. We were very pleased with our experience at Samadi. Thank you Anna and the team working with her.
The best thing about this place is that it contains a lot of employees and this makes the time to view your request less, and it also has the advantage that it stays until 9 pm even on weekends. It is like a saviour when I have guests suddenly.
Very tasty
My sister and I visited Pâtisserie Samadi on the day of Eid to treat ourselves. We bought an assorted box of pastries, and honestly, their maamoul was absolutely delicious! The quality of the sweets is excellent and fresh.
However, the customer service was really disappointing. Both women working there were unpleasant and unwelcoming. We greeted them politely, but they didn’t even respond, not a single smile or acknowledgment. It truly felt like we were bothering them. The only friendly and respectful person was a man working there, who greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. Thank you to him! Such amazing pastry should come with good quality serive.
