In my opinion, the best Haitian patties!

I asked my mother to order me a Haitian cake for my birthday. So she decided to deal with the cake shop and call Friday to pick up my cake on Monday.
The man on the phone asked her what color she wanted the cake. She replied: I don't really know, with a lot of colors. Green, red, yellow, blue.
She got an answer. Is this a satanic party you're throwing?
My mother was shocked by this response.
The gentleman continued by asking if the cake was for a girl or a boy. My mother explained to him that it's for a girl but not a little girl after the man tried to convince her to order a pink cake because according to him it's the only acceptable color for a girl. I don't know what's more shocking being that and the comment about Satanism but that's not all.
Monday having arrived, my mother went to collect my cake. It was August 26. She was told that the lady who had to go back to work that day didn't clock in to bake the cake because she had school. Obviously my mother said: if you had called me this morning, I would have arranged things differently.
It’s lucky that the dairy queen exists and that I was able to have an emergency ice cream cake for my birthday.

What a lack of respect and professionalism.

The best and most affordable pâtés in Montreal in my opinion. This is always the place I recommend.

Unfortunately I tried their Haitian cake 3x and it was dry. There is not the desired soft effect. I suggest the company buy a good blender. The price is affordable, but it's for a reason you have to believe...

Already their customer service is poor not to mention that they are big fraudsters be careful and pay with CASH money. I went there to buy a dozen pâtés, I paid with my card, their machine clones bank cards and then tries to empty your bank account, the young people at their checkout think they are smart straight away that I left the pastry shop my bank account worked plus they changed my account information and then transferred all my funds by electronic transfer I called my bank and they confirmed that the last place I swiped my card they were trying to defraud me fraud and it was the only place I swiped my card for the day!! If I could honestly give 0 stars I would have done so.

I had a bad experience with this pastry, I was ordered a cake for my mother's 70th birthday, it went really badly. The story is too long I couldn't explain it to you in the review but we don't really have any service in the Haitian community, frankly I'm ashamed. They ruined my mother's party, I regret so much having requested their service for my mother's 70th birthday.

Pasta is good!

Despite the complexity of what I ordered, they managed to make a cake that exceeded my expectations. I wanted a garden shaped cake for my father's birthday who is a big fan of gardening and the cake is so beautiful. Well done and thank you very much! My father will be very happy!
