The value for money at Pacini is deplorable. Tonight we ordered a truffle beef tartare that was completely drowned in commercial grade Caesar dressing. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the waitress, indicating that the dish was far from our expectations, her reaction was very limited. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced us that this will be our last visit to Pacini.

Too bad, we often went to Pacini. This was our last visit. The quality of the pizzas which were very good before now taste like frozen ones. My partner received a glass of mulled wine... My beer was flattering. The waitress was ok but the overall quality of this restaurant has greatly deteriorated.

Un service du tonnerre les 2 fois, c'est plaisant de voir une équipe qui se donne naturellement et je suis dans les bars et resto depuis plus de 30 ans. C'est avec des équipes comme la vôtre qui rende l'expérience agréable et donne le goût d'y retourner, merci.

I would leave a 0 star if I could but yeah. Misheard me and did not listen to my order even though I literally pointed at the item on the menu and then brought me a completely different pizza. Wich is fine to make a mistake but the server blamed it on us and said we ordered this. They refused to appologise and said they'd have to make me pay the more expensive and they could only tweak the pizza to change it to what I ordered. Awful experience. Thanks for stealing my money..
