“Really good food, especially the biryani“

“By Montreal standards for Indian food this is good. If you’re used to Indian food in Scotland or England you might be disappointed. The restaurant is very clean and the service is rapid and polite. Professional. I have enjoyed the chicken tikka masala and the plain naan. The Aubergine dish is also excellent. The Hyderabad Chicken Biryani is on special each Thursday (2 for 1) and I've ordered it as a takeout.“

“Chai Paratha Restaurant is a fantastic spot for authentic flavors and a cozy atmosphere! We tried the samosa aloo-stuffed paratha, chicken kebab roll, and everything was delicious. The parathas were perfectly spiced, and the kebab was juicy and flavorful. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making the experience even better. “We have been going to Kwality for over 15 years now, and regularly too! The butter chicken is the most authentic you can find in Montreal, and we've had time to try other places and compare and keep coming back here. The biryanis, samosas, curries, naans, rolls, really mostly everything we've tried is absolutely delicious and fresh. Rani is the lady at the front, and you will receive a smile in addition all kinds of suggestions to fit your tastebuds and choices. The mithais (sweets) are a must try, all absolutely delicious.

“I used to go there as a student and a few years later decided to go back to have some biryani. The biryani was great though a little too spicy but I was disappointed with the yogurt sauce that comes with it, felt like it was diluted with water. The yogurt was amazing back then. I hope they see this review and go back to a thicker yogurt.“
