The ambiance is great & we had a window seat offering beautiful city views. Our serveur was kind and good however they were a few times our glasses of water were empty for a minute but I'm not sure if that was her responsibility. The food was mediocre in my opinion, no shade but the tartare at sushi shop is better than their crispy rice tartare, the rock shrimp was good but way too much sauce, most of us did not finish it because the sauce was overwhelming considering the shrimp is already battered & deep fried. The maki rolls were ok, barely much fish tasted more the tempura. The filet mignon was somewhat cooked to our liking however the plate was underwhelming in presentation and flavour. Two asparagus, a few mushrooms, a cold under seasoned sauce. Overall I'd recommend it for a quick small bite & cocktails. Also, the music was good for like 30mins and then it went downhill thereafter. The dessert was a banana chocolate pudding (don't judge a book by its cover) it was surprisingly good. I must say, the menu presents itself as if you'll get multiple different kinds of mini desserts but that's not the case.

Quality of the food was phenomenal. There were always waiters and waitresses coming by so we never had to wait long to make any requests.

The entire dining experience at Palma was excellent. Our waiter was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and on top of everything. Our meals, along with the wine pairing were perfect. Only good things to say about our night at Palma.

My filet mignon was overcooked, I don't send food back because I think that is rude, so it is not something that I do. I ordered medium and got just a tiny little pink inside, it was almost well done. At the end of the meal, the server asked me how was the food. When I told the server that it was pretty burnt and I showed him all the burnt pieces, he told me that he does not recommend the filet mignon and the restaurant is famous for the bigger meat such as tomahawk. My husband ordered the salmon and it was great. I guess I ordered the wrong food.

Beautiful ambiance, food was amazing! Signature drinks quite expensive over twenty dollars! Be prepared to spend money. There were two of us, and we spent 260$. The only negative thing I have to say is that the space between each table is very narrow and unfortunately, my waitress had on such a short dress that whenever she bent over to serve other tables, we were able to see her underwear. I feel like the women working could still look classy without having super short dresses.

J'avais quelqu'un qui venait de l'extérieur du Canada et j'ai cru bon de réserver au Palma pour un souper la veille de son départ. Il a aimé. Le service était bien et la bouffe était bonne.

The restaurant is beautiful and food was delicious but we waited too long to be served and the waiter doesn’t come check on us unless we call! It was my birthday and my wife wanted them to cut a cake for us that we brought and they wanted to charge us 5$ a slice and we were 12 that didn’t make any sense!

Disappointing service. 2 of us joined late to a table of 5 and our server didn’t bother to serve us water. No greetings at all either. At the time of paying, she was rude and tried to rush complicating the bill separation. Would not recommend.

Food was very bland and had no flavour whatsoever. Ordered lobster toll and received a sushi toll with lobster on top. Tried my friends salad too and it was the same. Myself and my friend went go the washroom and by the time we got back food was sitting at our table. It came with a “presentation” but we missed it, i felt they should’ve waited till we returned. Our server was extremely rude and felt like she kept trying to rush us or really didn't care to serve us at all. I called her out on it and she just rolled her eyes at me.(mind you we still tipped her) Ambiance is ok aesthetics nice but outside of that I would not recommend.
